Summer 2021 brings a greater sense of renewal and an opportunity for a fresh start like none other. Looking for opportunities to join in on community education and recreation is a great place to start.
We are reintroducing some favorites and sharing a few new classes and activities to keep things interesting. This catalog of summer programs offer something for everyone. Consider learning a new sport like Cricket, taking a cooking class exploring flavors of different cultures, brushing up on your conversational Spanish skills or stretching your mind and body with a yoga class. All will be done with safety protocols in place to keep Oak Creek moving on a path toward good health.
Don’t forget July is National Park & Recreation Month. Explore city parks and participate in some special activities celebrating with fellow community members. Watch for competitions and activities offered in cooperation with other community events throughout July.
Check out our social media on Facebook,Twitter and Instagram. Visit our website at ocfsd.org/youth programs. Feel free to stop in the District Office for on-site registration and information updates.
We look forward to seeing you safely out and about this summer at some of our classes, clinics and events.
Here’s to a fresh start,
Director of Youth Programs
