After School Program for Involvement, Recreation & Enrichment provides high quality before and after school programming each school day at every district elementary school.
Before School Care is offered 6:45 – 7:50 a.m.
After School Care is offered 3:05 – 5:45 p.m. (Includes snack)
The goals of ASPIRE include providing:
- A variety of offerings enhancing the intellectual, physical, social and emotional development of students.
- A safe environment with qualified, caring staff helping students feel welcome and secure.
Open to students living in the Oak Creek-Franklin Joint School District or attending Oak Creek-Franklin Schools. Students must be in Kindergarten through grade 5. Children attend the ASPIRE program at the school s/he attends. Children attending 4K afternoon programs are welcome to join the after school ASPIRE program. A child who is not a student in the Oak Creek-Franklin Schools will be assigned a location. No transportation is provided.
ASPIRE is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

PAYMENT OPTION to District Office:
- By Aug 15 to begin the first week of school
- Between Aug 16 and Sept 6 to begin the second week of school
- After Sept 6 - three school days prior to start date

Students need to attend at least four days per month to qualify for Auto Pay or Pay-by-the-Month plans.
