Description:
Level 4 will further your technique in Freestyle and backstroke by swimming 50 yards (non-stop) and introducing butterfly and breast stroke.
Prerequisite - Passed level 3 or can swim 25 yards without assistance in both front crawl (with rotary breathing) and back crawl.
